Can someone please explain to me exactly what he is trying to do with his "hedge" plays for this series. He's got 100 Dimes on the Magic @ approximately -575. He's got 100 Dimes on the series for Atlanta @ +300 (made up line, but whatever). He lost 50 dimes on the game 5 the other night. Now he's got 100 dimes on Atlanta + the points tonight @ -110 (again with a made up line, but who's checking, right Lang?)
So, if Atlanta wins tonight, he wins 400 dimes for the Atlanta series bet and the side bet today, but loses 625 dimes on his original Magic series bet plus the 50 he lost on the ML the other night, so he's down 225 dimes for the series.
If the Magic wins tonight (and cover the spread, now available at -1.5), he's down 160 dimes with his 2 series bets pending. So assuming he does nothing extra for game 7, he'll still lose 160 dimes if the Magic wins the series or he'll lose 435 dimes if Atlanta wins in 7.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't a hedge usually guarantee you a profit, not minimize your losses? Moron!

I can't wait to see what line Lang says he had for the Magic series. The actual line was anywhere between -565 to -600 from what I can tell. I'm sure he will come in as low as possible. Anything lower than -565 and he can go fuck himself. The most I'm giving him on his Hawks "hedge" bet is +270. He says +300 but that is bullshit! He went 2-1 on his paid plays tonight for +115 dimes but he dropped 20 with his total bets on the Mavs/Blazers series. All total I have him losing around 200 dimes on the night. I'll update after I see what his web page has listed on Friday.

Do you honestly think that anyone in their right mind would play 300 dimes on the Nuggets ML the other night simply to fade the exact opposite of Lang? Or that anyone would actually even bet 300 Dimes either following or fading Lang when the guy throws out ridiculous dime amounts to begin with? Think about this for a minute. Since returning to his new(old) site Lang had lost 579.25 dimes for his "paying" customers. Then he throws out a 300 dime ML play @ -300 juice. So as a paying customer, already down close to 580 units, you have to now risk another 900 units to win 300 back to still be down 280 units? C'mon man, wake up.
