Monopoly Money explanation

Dear Customers,

I'd like to discuss my 300 Dime Winner on Oklahoma City on Wednesday night, a money line play that we risked 1,050 dimes to make 300. Obviously, I did not expect anyone to risk a literal 1000+ dimes on this play. Understand this, during the rare moments in my career that I come with plays that are triple the size of my biggest rated play, what I am saying to you by doing this is that this is a play that you should bet as much as humanly possible on, waive the rating system, and use the power of money to take what amounts to the closest thing to a sure thing that there is. Don't mortgage your house..... don't sell your car..... just bet as much as you can afford to stomach regardless of what your max play usually is. Now, if I were to release these plays with any kind of frequency, I would get killed and my bankroll would plummet. Instead, I pick the spots that give us the best chance to take candy from a baby and stay extremely disciplined not to over use this strategy. I hope this clears up my position.

He didn't expect anyone to risk over 1000 dimes...yeah, no shit Lang.

If he didn't expect people to risk that much, why didn't he just pull a complete Stu Feiner and make the play for a million dimes? lol

The ONLY reason he made this stupid play is because he knew he was going to eat shit on the Magic series and had to find some way to try and get those dimes back. So he broke open the Monopoly Bank and risked a 1000 to get back 300, and it almost blew up in his face. Any other explanation Lang gives about why he made the bet is just more lies.

Do you honestly think that anyone in their right mind would play 300 dimes on the Nuggets ML the other night simply to fade the exact opposite of Lang? Or that anyone would actually even bet 300 Dimes either following or fading Lang when the guy throws out ridiculous dime amounts to begin with? Think about this for a minute. Since returning to his new(old) site Lang had lost 579.25 dimes for his "paying" customers. Then he throws out a 300 dime ML play @ -300 juice. So as a paying customer, already down close to 580 units, you have to now risk another 900 units to win 300 back to still be down 280 units? C'mon man, wake up.

Anyways, why is it every time I see a post from you now you're always defending Lang or bashing the Faders? You got a hard-on for Lang or something?

Some of us posted well before the game went off and after seeing what Lang was on that we were taking the points. When the Saints won the Superbowl and Lang had hundreds of dimes on Colts ML we all talked about what we were doing and almost everyone said to take the points when Lang is on a huge ML favorite.
Not trying to get into an argument with ya but a lot of us when fading Lang actually do take the smart opposite and not just the blindly fading opposite

Posted well before tip-off of the game in questions, so by playing both for my regular amounts I made a profit because I always bet more on a spread than I do a +money dog. There are good ways to fade Lang and all these other scamdicappers, but IMO fading dime per dime is not the way to go anymore, if it ever was. Incubus' Prime Directive for Fading Lang was put to bed a long time ago.

I can't speak for everyone in this thread, but I know that most of the regular faders would have never played big on the Nuggets ML the other night. The right fade play was to take the points and risk -110 juice. But again, that's my opinion.

So you expect anyone(it's possible but I highly doubt it) would actually play 300 dimes worth on a single game when others are worth anywhere between 10-30 dimes and knows full well Lang is playing with Monopoly money? That doesn't make any senses. I believe most didn't even play 300 dimes plus the point with Denver, I know I didn't. Btw, why are you getting so bent out of shape over it?:think2:
