Well, the Cards 6 game winning streak and 11 straight games of scoring 4 runs or more came to an abrupt end last night in their 2-0 loss to the Brewers.

The Brewers got a couple of clutch hits with men on base and St.Louis did not and that was the difference in the ballgame.

So after rock solid back to back 60 dime winners, the underdog Cards fell flat at home in what is a huge series against the Brewers.

I have made it no secret I am in pursuit of a 5th straight winning month here in August and even with the 40 dime loss last night, it's a winning August.

That's right, it's a winning month of August with 14 days left.

Can't ask for anything better than that.

Listen, this consistent winning has been going on 4 straight months now and had I won the last day of March, it would be 6 straight winning months.
