Wow....he actually did do this game lol...I posted a prediction for Astros knowing he would call upon Valdez but then saw it was 1130am game and thought nah, he wants to focus on any possible sales and go for a later game or at least not the first game of the day.
He's gonna figure it out 1 day(not really), MLB is not just about taking the "better pitcher" is Valdez a great pitcher yes! Could he shut down any team Yes! But right now the Astros are playing terrible and the Red Sox are playing awesome. Same with Skenes and all the others......as I post this Pirates lead 9-5 bottom 8th lets hope they hold on for another day after Lang team win

Trying to catch it after it's been hot for a week or 2 or a month is NOT riding a hot streak. NOW, same logic if you are riding the hot streaks of all these teams lets cherry pick this like Lang does and only go back as far as it benefits us to make it sound better for this matchup.....The Red Sox were 7-2 last 9 games entering today, winners of 4 in a row and playing at home, the Astros at the opposite end entering this game 2-7 last 9 and playing on the road and they are being juiced in this spot. NOW, if you were riding hot streaks lol dude is kinda funny sometimes "I rode their hot streaks and they all lost" looking at the above if you were riding hot streaks................would be Red Sox at home +115 or heck even the +1.5 for -145 if you think this could be real low scoring and calls for a 2-1 3-2 type. If we are talking about hot streaks I do not see how a losing team on the road against a red hot team as a favorite can be a play of the day.
