My Analysis
Once again, I have to trust what your eyes tell you.

Last weekend when I watched Maryland struggle against Colorado State and won a game they had no right winning, I knew right then they were going to get blown out by Florida.

200 dime winner on the Gators 87-71.

Well Thursday night when I watched Texas Tech struggle against Arkansas and win a game they had no right winning, well folks, you know the drill.

Bottom line: I will be shocked if Florida doesn't win by double digits again.

First of all, with 5 days to prepare, you would have thought Texas Tech would have rolled in and just completely dominated Arkansas.

Well, nothing could have been further from the truth as the Razorbacks dominated the Red Raiders and with 9:28 to go in the game they led 61-45.

Then John Calipari stepped in.

You know, the same coach who blew a 9-point lead with Memphis with 2:12 to go in the National championship game against Kansas only to lose in OT!!!

Yes, that John Calipari, who doesn't know how to finish games as a coach with big leads. He is just that bad and he did again on Thursday.

And because of it, we are handicapping Tech/Florida instead of Arkansas/Florida.

Now, you want me to believe after struggling to beat Arkansas, having to go to OT against an inferior team, you are going to play your best game against Florida???

You only play a 7-man rotation, and 5 of those 7 players played 37 minutes or more.

Starting guard Elijah Hawkins played the entire game logging a full 45 minutes while backcourt mate Christian Anderson logged 44.

Now 2 days later you have to play the game of your life against a team that just put up 87 points on the 6th best defensive team in the country!!!!

A team in Maryland that didn't lose a game by more than 6-points all year and got boat raced by 16!!!

And after the win against Maryland the Gator players said, "we still haven't really played our best game yet!!!" WOW

Trust me when I tell you, Texas Tech is running into the wrong team at the wrong time tonight. Simple as that.

Since their 20-point loss to Tennessee on February 1st, they have been basically unbeatable going 15-1 SU and 13-3 ATS.

Of the 15 wins, 13 of those 15 wins have been by 9-points or more!!!!

The two close ones: A 5-point win at Alabama and the 2-point win over UConn.

This team went into Auburn, the tourney's overall #1 seed and won 90-81. This team beat #2 seed Tennessee 73-43!!!!!!

Against teams that played in this tournament: beat Oklahoma by 22, Texas by 24, Ole Miss by 19, A&M by 19, Missouri by 14 and Alabama by 22.

And of course Maryland by 16 on Thursday.

This game may be close for awhile but trust me, the depth of the Gators will keep coming and keep coming and eventually Tech is going to hit that wall.

And just like Maryland before them, the Gators will go on that 8-0 run, extend the lead to double digits and maintain it to the very end. Simple as that.

I rode Florida big on Thursday and I will ride them big again tonight right into the round of 4!!!!

Florida was very lucky to even win. He was never ever close to covering. Realistically, he has no one to blame it on lol.
