After back to back 100 dime winners last weekend and 6 of 7 winning days, I took a huge shot with the undefeated Aztecs and it was the wrong shot on the wrong day.
To use a basketball analogy: I had a wide open shot to win the game and threw up an air ball with the 200 dime miss on San Diego State last night.
Yes they were 7-0 and yes they had a top 10 defense but I don't care how good you are, you can't fall behind a team 20-0 and expect to win.
Disappointing? Absolutely but I will not let that loss on Saturday take away from one very important fact: I have been absolutely on fire in the NFL on Sunday.
Last Sunday I handed you the 100 dime winner on the Colts (+3 1/2) at San Francisco and Indy delivered the win outright by double digits 30-18.
Don't look now but that is the 4th time in the last 5 weeks in the NFL on Sunday I have handed the world a 100 dime winner.
You throw in the 50 dime winner on the Packers (+6 1/2) beating the Cardinals outright 24-21 on Thursday and you can see one thing.
