It's no secret Favre has made many bad decisions this season, but the fact remains he's the best option for Green Bay. Rodgers, IMO, is not the answer. Green Bay was almost forced to take him. If Favre wants to come back, the Pack should welcome him.

I agree that he is the best option...but he is killing them this season.

Bears are much closer to a Super Bowl next year than GB. The entire D is signed thru 2007.

Right now he is Willie Mays in the Mets uniform.

Here is my prediction. Favre to New Orleans, this city and franchise needs something to rally for. Right now tied for the 3 spot they can draft lienhart or Young and have them watch Favre for a year. Favre will be a part of the community down there no matter, you might as well get him some ties to that organization.

Many players do this, Larry Bird with the Pacers (post career) and Roger Clemens with the Astros.

Ditka said on ESPN Favre can still flat out play so Koidog strikes out whenever he comes into the Political threads and his consistency is being taken into other areas of his "expertise"

He looked absolutley lost last night. It seemed every 2nd play was a bomb into triple coverage. It looked like his receivers thought it was futile as well as they didn't even bother trying to get the ball. Looks like the whole team has quit. When your team is getting its ass handed to them in large part because of continuous poor decisions on your part, and you stand there smirking on the sidelines that is probably a good indication your time is done.

Fish, I would like to see him close out his career on a better note than this. I still think he has the skills but seems to have lost all focus. If he is going to go out and play like he has the last few weeks, he should pack it in.

Ok

Do you think he has any help around him?

The Fava bean has no help around him so he decides to complete more passes to members of the opposing team...That makes sense huh!!!!:pucking:...

Its no secret, i have no love for this man because i think his popularity amongest greenbay fans went to his head and turned him into a first class
a$$hole!!! But at the beginning of the season i said he would throw a big time stinker of a year and boy did he come through big time..This boy took a big ole :poop::poop: on his team!!!!

I dont even see how you go back to the locker room and look your teamates in the eyes after such atrocious performances...Its got to be brutal when you got all these guys looking at you with accusatory eyes and probably no one is saying anything..But this team is probably sick and tired of this Brett Favre bullshit!!! A team cant last too long when the biggest problem is a Qb who has almost as many tds as INTS!!!!

Brett Favre should accept that he is old and his days are done!!!! He should do the world a favor and retire never to disgrace us with his bonehead interceptions and god awful lovefests with Madden on monday night!!!!

Thank goodness we shall see atleast 2 to 3 less friggin packer games on monday night!!!...We have had enough bush league football to satisfy us for a millenium..

time for the old washed up guard to move over!!!!!!:finger23:...

Welcome Aron Rodgers...:missingte:missingte:missingte

Yea. McNabb sucks. But no one makes excusses that they have no wr's this season.

But Farve only sucks b/c he has no one to throw 2.

Can't the same excuss work for both guys?

Far-ve should have given up football instead of beer - he has sucked ever since!

I think he just needs to get hooked on hydrocodone again, then he'll kick arse again.
