Look at the huge slant, for say, California. Do you really want the majority of Californian's representing?

i live in southern cal and I can guarantee you wouldn't. I love where I live but I can drive 20 minutes in any direction and see the biggest bunch of waste you'd ever want to see. These people make up a huge part of your 3 million votes.
