I stopped reading his threads over a year ago. As OMT writes, there was also the third person thing and always a new system, not to mention spotty results.

He's also some little mofo who was about 12 yrs old when he started posting if I remember correctly. Now, he's 18 maybe?

Absolutely not! He is a family man with a wife and children and is in his 40's.

Didnt he have a totals chase system that kicked in after a baseball team went over or under 5 times in a row?

Oh he is? Sorry about that. I remember a posting years ago about different posters ages and I could have sworn he said he was 12 or 13.

Why does any of this matter? Whether the guy has a computer or not or if he created ghost names who cares? The only thing that should matter is the fact that he has a documented winning record. All these posts are just opinions on games. It is up to individuals to decide whether or not to follow plays. I just don't understand why someone would be banned for posting plays. Its also up to people to decide if they want to buy his service, if he is indeed a tout. I understand that you are not to promote a service in here, but he is providing free opinions on games, and that is all that should matter.

It's likely only CAROLINAKID who has a longer and more spotty history in sports forum sites than does the well-meaning (I think) SSI

1) Start a "new" angle every few days or months
2) Change primary web forum while disparaging the previous forum
3) Keep dishonest accounting of posted selections and related results
4) Covertly assemble email addresses and personal contact info using the forum PrivateMessage feature

And of course,

5) When other forum members take note of #1-4 above, act indignant and threaten to leave. After all, you're only "trying to help"

The RxForum has seen many changes in general format and priorities over the past decade.

But a consistent and firmly applied policy has been to limit anyone who is promoting a "pay for info" website of any kind to the Rx Site Promotions forum.

If indeed the cited information has value (to follow or to fade) Rx users can reasonably deduce such value by following along in the Site Promotions forum.

For the record, the most high traffic sub-forum at the Rx is the Site Promotions forum. Being relegated to that forum is hardly an obstruction to the free promotion of pay-for-info sites.

SSI chose to leave the MLB Forum and set up a thread in the Site Promotions Forum in order to collect e-mail addresses and give out his plays with no doubt the intention of going tout in the future. Once he did that, he is being treated like every other tout and is restricted to the Site Promotions Forum only. Keep in mind, he made the choice. Just read his MLB thread where he says he is leaving.

As for a documented winning record, if you read my opening remarks, you would notice that I stated this is one season in one sport only. We have many newbies and veterans that don't know the history and once SSI had chosen his path, it became time to share the information with the entire posting body.

He is not banned.......since he decided to "solicit" emails for his plays, he is restricted to the area of our forum where posters are allowed to do such things, the site promotions area.....

lol no. i thought he was banned from the site for some reason, but has simply moved the plays to another area. I read the thing about his history and whatnot, but I have been making some money with is picks, so thats why im questioning it. I personally just come on the site to get picks, but haven't really contributed anything as you can tell by my posting history.

SSI is on 2 other forums as falcon and thinker and I agree with people that "SYSTEMS" and compuetr programs are mostly BS ways to lure niave people in. Some work with chase methods, but it takes long hard work, many hours with less sleep and luck to win.
THX for the post OMT, but my previous post wouldn't let me mention the name of the guy who sells now? why not, we know who it is. I understand new people will be tempted to look for him, but if his ARCHIVE RECORDS are true on here and its official, why not let his name be posted? just curious.
