Im sure it's good but getting your hands on it is practically impossible, on the east coast anyway I guess if you're in Cali it's available but very rare around here.

No...It's even rare on the west coast

IPA's are very popular and not sure why. They're just okay and alot of other local brews or regionals that I've tried are at least as good if not better. Bitter beer kind of knocks out the true flavor imo. Give me a nice clean pilsner or a wheat beer with body anyday over IPA whatever.

I'm the opposite. I think its a regional thing. Mich and the upper midwest is huge for IPA's

Have you tried Tripel Karmeliet? It's an abbey tripel out of Belgium. My favorite, by far.

Trying this on today.
Also picked up Stone IPA and Dogfish 90 minute.

This...my buddy in SD shipped me two bottles of this stuff.
Can't wait.

I've accepted IPAs as being good.

Faves are Sculpin and Sixpoint Resin.

I like all Dogfish. Raisin d'etre is probably my fave.
I met the head x-brewer of Dogfish a month ago. He now works for Deep Ellum brewery here in Dallas, and he came up with one of the best beers I've had in a long time: Deep Ellum Wealth and Taste (Belgian strong pale).
But it can only be found on tap.

edit: the picture that didn't quote is Pliny the Elder...
