It would've been nice for TO to show up during the entire playoffs to get into the Super Bowl...too bad he got hurt and his teammates got him to the Super Bowl so he could show up. Of course he can't show up if Donovan doesn't throw him the ball.

PP, I do believe he stepped it up in that game and McNabb was a deer in headlight's but again they probably played one of the best teams in a few decades? T.O is a player and a money maker but if he want's to argue with the coaches,GM,agent, well let him because he's just a J.R Rider to me then.Moss was a distraction here but I will argue not a cancer as I see T.O but I could be wrong cause I never followed him game by game last year. BTW he's behind Moss in talent but close , and Moss has never seen a late Jan. game!

It will hurt...but I think relying more on Westbrook will be good for the team assuming Bryan is 100 percent. The problem is the D can key on Bryan without worrying about getting burned deep unless our young guys show up. Reggie Brown is really having a good camp and if McMullen doesn't drop the ball they SHOULD be up high on the depth chart.

This is one of the happiest days i had in awhile as a birds fan. I hope this means the superbowl was TO's last game in a PHI uniform. Time to get rid of this cancer and move on. We will be ok with out TO, not great but OK. I think we can manage. ANy guy that believes they are better than the franchise is not respectable to me. Don't let the door hit ya on the way out TO!
FYI I just saw Rich Hartmann talk to TO on his front lawn on DNL. He says it's a difference of opinion between him and Andy and Andy told him to come back next Weds. So he's suspended for one week.

They said he torched Lloyd Free in college..I saw LLoyd play in HS..(WORLD B FREE)..After watching him play that 1/2 season I knew he was something special..Jack Ramsey was ready to draft the kid the following year..(his Blazers won that year)..The buzz was Jimmy..
WE were down one with 3 seconds to play in game..Coach took a timeout..Jimmy had 36 by now..but a Duncan 36..effortless..and at the guard position thats spectacular..
Jimmy says..give me the ball..coach starts diagramming play and the kid takes the board and says..forget this coach..give me the ball..
Never saw this before..Coach diagrams play with low stack..he pops..like magic hits the shot at the buzzer..we win..
But...theres a problem...in major pain..I was on bench and my focus was on the shot..not his condition...In all the jubilation, he was still on the floor..
Jimmy tore his achilles..The Doctor..A Lenox Hill physician did the surgery..
Jimmy never really played hoops the same way again..
Jimmy had the talent and determination to be TO..I know talent..this kid drooled the stuff..One bad break and it ended for Jimmy..Today with the technology the way it is, maybe his outcome would have been different..I just know in the NFL..It could happen at anytime..These athletes are more equipped and better trained every year..
