The other argument for me is that, is going to a game really worth the cost? The Marlins have a good young team, but when you factor the cost of 4 tickets and parking and couple sodas and dogs for a family of 4, it gets expensive for the average family. With the economy being as slow as it has been, I can understand why many people would not attend a game that is on TV. Also, the ballpark doesn't have much energy.
Marlins cheapest tickets for gameday purchse $12. While this may not be a lot money to most on this forum, you figure they have to spend roughly $70 to $80 bring their family to a game, that is a lot of money for a lot people.
