because of exactly that. He is also old and in my opnion can not pitch worth a shit. johnson is pretty good up and coming guy

and with the cards, they have lost 5-6 home games i believe, carpenter is just the guy to get them back on track and i believe these are amazing odds only given because he is a wild card with what he might/might not do. not to mention i have never trusted billingsley

As I said, good luck this evening and lets keep in mind that Moyer against the Fish tonight won't mean 'squish' if Carpenter doesn't build a win tonight on the mound for the Cardinals.

yep. and remeber as i posted in another thread. look for hampton to be on tonight as he has lost both starts and VERY BADLY needs a win with new contract coming up because people already dont trust him to stay healthy
