CY1981, may be moving back to Iowa!!!!!
Get your golf game in shape!!

!~))!

Considering your last 2 tips on here have been Sharks in game 6 and Mariners yesterday maybe you should find a state to live in that doesn't allow gambling.

Betall just curious
why do you think offshore will be huge again?

You will probably get a Neteller type of processing back. Players will feel more at ease

Offshore might even be able to work out deals with the government

Credit Shops might grow and now be out in the open a little.

Post up shops will now have to compete with Legal State run Sportsbooks for Bonuses

It's going to be fun to watch

Agreed - It is new ground and will be interesting - Also, take note that according to some, Congress can still pass new legislation that constitutionally prohibits sports gambling. Of course, not sure how likely any of this is.

I saw that about Congress but it was stated there is no chance of it happening this year because its an election year......also, from what I read, if Congress would get involved, which i dont see, Congress would pass law affecting all 50 states, & I don't see them banning sports betting in all 50 states, what they might do if they get involved is regulate it federally for all 50 states with the same rules.

[h=1]Mississippi expected to have sports betting by end of June after high court ruling[/h]

Mississippi gambling officials have said casinos here could be up and running with betting on professional and college sports within 45 days of Monday's ruling.
The Mississippi Legislature, unbeknownst to most lawmakers and citizens, legalized sports betting in Mississippi casinos last year by deleting a snippet of law that prohibited betting on any games that occur outside casinos. The deletion was made — and not announced to most lawmakers — in a measure dealing with regulation of fantasy sports.

This is fantastic. It's about time. The only thing is there will be no single game betting but hopefully that will change. I guess we will have to resort to adding a -5000 favorite to every ticket or something creative like that.

The other thing that enrages me is that the NBA and MLB want a cut. It's supposedly for expenses to monitor corruption or possible fixed games. Yeah right. Something they should have been doing anyways since they already knew there was shady business going on with a well known ref and other situations. This is just a weak excuse to get a piece of the apple pie. What a joke. They aren't making enough money already? The players aren't living like kings already? Fuck off.

I also think more people will get into sportsbetting now. I know for a fact that there are people out there that kind of want to bet on sports bet don't want to be involved in illegal activity of any sorts. They will be betting now. They won't care about no single game wagering allowed because most are amateurs betting for a little action.

This is great. I always wondered why the greedy government hadn't done this long ago. There's millions upon millions to be made.

Huh??? What are you talking about? NJ, Pa & several other states will have straight wagering on single games, as well as parlays, etc......where are you getting your info?

And no, the leagues won't be getting an integrity tax IMO, but they will get contracts with sports books & casinos for advertising.

I think he believe states will only offer parlays but that might be states without Casinos.

I think casinos will offer both but juice will be like -115 or something ( we will have to see).

Gambling is so hard to beat as it is. Winning fantasy sports is like cracking a safe with a toothpick. It's nearly impossible.

A bunch of guys will have Austin Romine in their lineups today and he'll hit 4 Hrs. It makes no sense.

What prevents a guy from setting up a shop in a strip mall similar to what you see in Europe?

Panda Express, Nail Salon and Gambling Booth?
