I love you how all you guys bitch about the breaks they've had over the last 10 years...what are they supposed to do about the refs calls???

They put the best talent on the field year in and year out...get over it.

They've sucked since 07'...aren't you guys happy enough with that?

Your just building up a big F-U when the do finally win it again :)

They got a tremendous break in the snow against the Raiders when Brady choked and fumbled. Then we had spygate ! Not a fan of this organization in any way or form

Wahhh. !<<):Sad Face::Sad Face:

I swear, half of your 7,800 posts are crying about that one call.

The pats are going to kick the jets ass this weekend...that will close a pick

How will the Pats kick the Jets ass this weekend.
I keep hearing this, but when call out on, not one Pats fan can break it down for me.

Will the Pats secondary step up for a change?
Will Brady not throw a pick?
Will their O-Line finally develop a backbone?

How will the Pats kick the Jets ass this weekend in NJ?

Because Tom Brady is better than Mark Sanchez and the Patriots will not lose three in a row is not an acceptable response.

Well the Tom Brady part is an acceptable response. But not lose 3 in a row??? means nothing.

I think the Pats will have a tough time this week in NY. Close game but as usual their defense will most surely let them down when it counts the most.

I am just playing devils advocate here, I don't like or dislike either team, but I am getting a lot of "I am sending it in on the Pats because there is no way they will lose three in a row"

They looked great on that last Giant drive last week Willie.

:ohno:

so losing to the Giants with 12 seconds left is playing poorly?

The defense let Eli march 80 yards in 81 seconds on 8 plays to beat your team, the old Pats never would have allowed that to happen.
Eli did this without his starting feature back, starting wide receiver, and a back up center.

Pats allowed fat Brandon Jacobs to run for 72 yards, Tom 'god' Brady wound up up throwing an ungodly like 2 more picks, wound up with a pedestrian 75 rating.

The Pats lost 2 possessions via fumbles, 2 more via interceptions, for a total of 4 turnovers.

I stand corrected, the Pats did not play poorly.

Reality needs to set in. This team needs a complete over haul.
If it wasn't for Wes Welker (The only guy it seems that can catch a ball) this team is .500 at best.

Ryan Mallet your up...

dude, I can list all the positives as well

at the end of the day, they lost a game in the final 12 seconds. I know, they've set such a high standard, that we expect them to be a machine every week

If they played so poorly and lost with 12 seconds left, what does that say about your Giants? they must really suck

as I said in an earlier post, they're not playing at the level we're accustomed too, but two close losses is not the end of the world.

Most teams wish they can be that bad

Pats bad = Giants great

sad

No Bradshaw, No Baas, No Nicks, and they did it in your house.

Poor.

You still have to execute and halt players and performances on the area and in the trenches and no pointer will change that. How long will the Patriots have to play from here on out to recognize the group is just simple good and it has none to manage with a video camera

Nobody's saying the Patriots aren't good; what they're saying is that, after winning three Super Bowls (each by only three points) while spying, all of a sudden they haven't won any now that they're on a level playing field.

Not really. The lucky bounces they got when they were winning they have not got since they've been losing (in the playoffs).
Dude they went undefeated in 07 until that lucky catch by Tyree. They made the plays that won during their stretch of 3 out of 4, now they are not making the plays.

They did not always cheat, they got caught with a camera on a sideline ONCE. Got punished and that is that. You don't think other coaches (before Mangini) would not have stepped up and thrown accusations?? Really?

Only Patriot haters bring up Spygate over and over when even the commisioner won't back your arguments. So overblown.

The truth is the Patriots were better than other teams when they were winning, now that are not. Its really that simple. I agree that they are very much on a level playing field now, but that has nothing to do with a video camera during one Jets game.

Given that the Patriots were fined and lost draft picks, I'd say the commissioner did back me up. Granted, I can't prove anything but there's no way they were only spying once, they just got caught only once.

PF, you are delusional if you think this only happened once. I remember watching the postgame interviews after the Steelers lost to the Pats in a playoff game by 3 points a few years ago. The Steeler being interviewed said "It seemed like they were in our huddle, they knew everything we were going to do". He had no idea what was going on as this was a few years before the cheating expose came out. And the Pats went on to win the SB.

Steeler fans have no dog in this fight.
Stealers have a tainted SB trophy on their mantle.
