Not sure what this photo has to do with anything... This is a motocross rider named Jim McNeil, and a photo from an accident that occurred in 2006.

Here is my story!
I was riding on last Wednesday at my buddy Sheldon Riggs’ house. I was riding every day trying to get ready for the last Mountain Dew stop in Orlando. It was getting towards the end of the day and I was getting tired of doing tricks and just felt like jumping. There was an 80ft step up out of a pit that I was going to hit. The jump was just refaced a week earlier and hadn’t been packed, so the lip was soft and got all blown out real quick.

<small class="caption" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">...after</small>

Sheldon was packing a landing right next to the landing of the dirt step up. I went off the step up and got cross rutted, sending me to land in the soft dirt on the side of the landing. When I landed in the soft dirt it ripped my left hand off and my legs blew off the pegs. I totally swapped out and should have been tossed off the bike, but some how, since my throttle hand was still on the bike, it made me whiskey throttle and it some how stood my bike back up and kept me from crashing. I was pinned out of control and couldn’t let go of the throttle. I went second gear pinned into Sheldon’s truck and didn’t have time to slow down or gain control of my bike.

<small class="caption" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"></small>

I didn’t get knocked out, but knew something was wrong. I knew I had been cut, but couldn’t see out of my right eye and couldn’t feel the right side of my face or mouth. Sheldon rushed me to the hospital and that’s when the shock wore off and the pain started to set in. Once I got to the hospital they did a CAT scan which revealed I had fractures throughout he right side of my face and air in my brain. They rushed me to St. Joe's which is the trauma hospital were I was in ICU for two days waiting for the air to release out of my brain.
I had surgery on Saturday which went really good. They put plates and screws throughout my face to fix fractures in my orbital bone (eye socket), fore head, and cheek bone. I felt so much better after surgery and was in a less pain since every thing was lined up and in place. I should start riding in about 4 to 6 weeks, just depending how I feel.
It’s a given in the sport of freestyle motocross that you are going to get hurt and break bones. I just never thought it would be my face I would be breaking. I’ve had a lot of injuries, and this would have to be the most painful and scariest…especially when I got to the second hospital and both my eyes were swollen shut and I couldn’t see.

So, no matter how black witnesses there are with the same story, that doesn't matter, but if a white one pops up, you believe him?

Pretty much yes - at least a factor - first, I think black people are racist and will do anything to support another black person no matter what (i.e., letting OJ walk, supporting Obama unanimously in his 2nd term when he has done nothing to advance blacks, etc.) - then second - look at the 3 witnesses - Dorian Johnson - whatever he says I literally believe the opposite - believing that hoodlem is like believing in the Easter bunny - the two girl witnesses - one says that Michael was just "being compliant" - ok, that's a biased subjective opinion - so I'm down to the last girl - she seemed very credible but one witness telling a version after the fact versus a police officer who I believe was initially assaulted - I don't know what to believe at this point

Now, lastly, there are different types of evidence and testimony - the construction worker's were not giving testimony - their evidence is spur of the moment excited utterances which is the most reliable testimony there is - they gave statements having no clue they were being taped (not rehearsed) and they were clearly present - no possible way they were lying - if the construction workers were black I would give them the same credibility because of the excited utterance testimony

It was a white conservative that just pointed out that the picture was false.

You seem to jump to an awful lot of conclusions.

Black people are racist...every last one of 'em huh? I don't think "...the excited utterance testimony" is an actual credibility booster in law circles, either, lol. But, at least you're objective enough to say that it doesn't look good(that the "excited utterances backed up what was said by several others, including the 3 people you mentioned), as opposed to the other mutts who suddenly don't seem to have much to say.

Let's face it, neither side here is innocent. If you "attack" a cop they are going to do whatever they have to do to protect themselves and that means they will do whatever they have to do to subdue you. If you're running and turn around quickly in that scenario you're going to be shot a second time. The kid brought it on himself, the cop should have shown restraint on the second shot.

Generally speaking, yes people (of all colours/creeds) in that environment tend to stand together right or wrong especially since their moral compass' tend to be way off and their common sense is mostly nonexistent. And yes, some black Americans can tend to be very racist depending on what environment they grew up in, or what persona they have decided to reenact, but this guy didn't get shot because he called him a cracker. This will be made out to be racism but if this was a black cop who shot him everyone forgets about this and moves on.

All this could have been avoided if they weren't like, "fuck the cops" and just did what the guy told them. Nobody asked how far you live from your house because nobody cared. All you had to do was get off the middle of the street and everything would have been fine. But no, they had to keep their fuck you thug attitude and then attack the cop. Umm DUH!

Michael Brown's Parents Unmoved by Ferguson Chief's Apology

The parents of Michael Brown said Saturday in an interview with The Associated Press they were unmoved by the apology of the Ferguson, Missouri, police chief gave weeks after their unarmed 18-year-old son was killed by a police officer. Brown's mother, Lesley McSpadden, said, "yes," when asked if Chief Tom Jackson should be fired, and his father, Michael Brown Sr., said rather than an apology, they would rather see Officer Darren Wilson arrested for the death of their son on Aug. 9.
"An apology would be when Darren Wilson has handcuffs, processed and charged with murder," Brown Sr. said.
Jackson released a video apology to Brown's family and the community in which he acknowledged that Brown's body should have been removed from the street much sooner than it was. The young man's remains lay uncovered for more than four hours while police collected evidence.
"I don't want words, I want action," McSpadden said.
"I'm empty," Brown said quietly. "There's nothing there anymore. It's hard to fill that spot with other happiness."
Brown's parents are in the nation's capital to meet with lawmakers and lobby Congress to pass a law requiring police officers to wear cameras during their interactions with the public. They also called on the Justice Department to take over the criminal investigation into the shooting. The Justice Department is already investigating whether Brown's civil rights were violated, and a county grand jury is weighing whether to indict Wilson.
"All of our eyes see the same thing, that it was wrong, an injustice. Why wouldn't they come back with an indictment?" McSpadden said.

Cop shot tonight in Ferguson.

Fucking animals!

After reading about it the shooting seems to have nothing to do with the rioting - it was just the normal day in the life of type of shit - gentleman was robbing something - he ran - officer chased - gentleman turned around and fired off some rounds and the officer's skull - then he went and chilled with his homies - just an average day in the hood - not even newsworthy
