imo jake is a stand up guy. he trusted me with my honest bailout situation. with all the whores and scammers out there these days getting real honest help is hard to find and i can understand why most books would say screw it regarding helping a stiffed post up player. lets keep it real here and work together and play fair and square win or lose and use this forum to benefit everyone here in the gaming business.
They pay him two cashouts of $2,000 each with no problems. There's a mix up on the last $730 and he freaks out, makes his first post on the RX.

I've waited for a cashout for a few days, especially when I needed the money fast, every day seemed like an eternity, but sheesh I think you have to give the place some credit for paying you $4k without a blink.:movingeye

They have also cut my limits to $250, so I may have to look elsewhere.

Just so we are clear here, Vincem did nothing wrong. At the time of his deposit, we did have a 7x rollover as our standard bonus. HOWEVER, I had offered a special promotion to Rx posters with a 3x rollover. That is where the confusion was. I penalized him the $730. He called and spoke to Tommy and explained his side. We were stedfast in our decision. On a hunch, I decided to do a search on the Rx and found my post. I had honestly not remembered it, as I tend to throw things out to you guys on a whim. Thus, I returned the money to his account, and immediately sent him the money (without fees).
