Do you do that same routine each time to the gym?

Been doing that routine since May at home I just added the weights in the gym and running in a machine but yeah basically, 5-6 times a week, try to do it as fast as possible so I get the most of it... I plan adding more weight lifting as I get used to it.

20-30 mins jogging (if on gym I use Level 2 inclination and 5-6 speed, raise it to 8 for the last 2 minutes).

3 or 4 series of the following reps:
200 abs
50 squats
50 crunches
25 arm reps
50 chest reps

I'm just starting but I will add more weight lifting and leg work, my legs are the part of my body I need to work out less, they are well balanced and well toned, always have been, I blame it on genes, my dad was a motocross champion back in the 70s/80s.

My arms and chest are the ones that need more work no doubt, been on the lazy side of weight lifiting for years.
You do this specific routine every day, 5 days a week?
How do you suspect your muscles will be able to grow
if you never allow them heal.

Additionally, the speed at which you lift the weights is irrelevant.
Slow and steady wins the race.
Id recommend doing some sort of split
M-Chest/Tri
T-Back/Bi
W-Cardio
Th-Delts/Traps
Fr-Legs

to gain size shoot for 5x5 on all compound exercises
and look to reach failure at 12-15 reps all isolation exercises

good luck to ya, friend

Thank you buddy... So you say is better 1 day in 1 day off? 3 in 1/2 off? What's the best approach?

I meant the speed I do the whole routine, barely catch breath to keep the blood pumping the entire time, weights I agree is better to go for slow and consistent... all the other ones I try to do them fast.

What do you mean 5x5?
