3 out of 100 welfare recipients voted on the day that a black man, who was also a trough filling Democrat, had the chance to be the first black president. Sure.

I said I was not gonna get into it with Pats and that's all I have to offer you, Vit. Those are bad stats. Period.

Why do you assume all blacks are taking up welfare? Check out single white women on welfare.

Yeah if he is saying 4% of HS dropouts vote then he is wrong. But that isn't an exact poll issue, that is just him being wrong.
It is true.

  1. During the 2012 presidential election, 24 percent of youth with only a high school diploma voted, 37 percent with a college degree voted, and only 4 percent of high school dropouts voted. Graduates contribute to America's national security because dropouts are not qualified to serve in the military.

Yeah I dunno how much it is. Of eligible voters maybe as high as 50% (which is around the national average) if you exclude the ex-cons.

I'd think Vitt knows this and just flubbed the statistic.

I never said that. White welfare recipients drink from the same Democratic trough.

Don't try to deflect. Your welfare and HS dropout stats are way, way wrong. That's what I said when you criticized Willie by quoting bad stats. Pats just explained that.

Those who didn't finish HS compromise 3-4% of the voting group. Not 3 or 4 out of 100 people vote.

@ShotgunPete...I believe the stats you are citing are only for recent youth.

I said exactly what that article said. I don't know what else you want? Clearly high school dropouts and welfare people do not rule the vote. I'm not sure how much clearer it can be.

When Mich said exit polls must be off, he was going by your flawed analysis. Then I said no, no they aren't off that much to make a big difference, not taking into account that he was using your faulty statement as a reference point as to why they gotta be wrong.

So basically the entire spawn of the discussion is because you either didn't know it was 4% of total voting block or you just messed up the statistic. Either one is fine, but could you just admit you were wrong 1 time? It might be bring the entire nation together on a path of solidarity going forward.

Wrong about what? I quoted that statistic exactly how it's written. 4 percent of high school dropouts voted in 2012. What am I wrong about?

Can you please stop with your completely inaccurate information. In 2012 there were 4 percent of high school drop outs that voted

in 2008 they estimate about 3 percent of those voting were on welfare.

This is wrong. 4% of HS dropouts did not vote in 2012. 4% was the amount HS voters compromised of the total. It isn't 4/100 HS dropouts voted. It is more like 40/100 did (I don't know the exact #) but it only comprised 4% of the entire voting base.

If you were trying to say 4/100 voters tried to vote then it is wildly inaccurate (and it appears thats what you were trying to say because when Mich said it like that, I immediately knew him and I were talking about two different things and you didn't seem to modify your statement)

Let me ask you this.....does it the statistic tell you that if high school dropouts don't vote in 2012.....Obama is still president. Can you at least make the step?

This isn't what we're talking about at all. Why can't you just admit you were wrong rather than go way off topic.

You flubbed a statistic, who cares. It isn't the end of the world.

You didn't quote the statistic exactly.

I'm going to do this 1 more time. I'm not out to get you or anything.

What you said: 4% of HS dropouts voted in 2012

What happened in the reality world: Not sure how many HS dropouts voted but more than 4%. 4% was the % of HS dropouts voting relative to the entire election segment. Only like 10% of eligible voters are HS dropouts.

I didn't quote it exactly? Please read the statistic posted by Pete and then read my post to Willie.

I understand what you're saying......but it doesn't take a thing away from the overall point. If you take away every vote from high school dropouts and welfare recipients....Obama is still president....and that's the entire point of the discussion in my reply to willies claims.
