so, how do we stop flopping in the NBA?

Flopping is a disgrace to the game. I also hate when an offensive player makes an unnatural movement to initiate contact so he draws the foul and players randomly throwing up shot because the refs will award them with freethrows. The fines should be more severe. $5000 to Wade is like a $5 to me. Fines should be structured based off the players play. 1 game pay for every violation. Every 3 is a 1 game suspension. Really the refs are the ones who need to stop it. I get there are times where it legitimately looks like the guy got smacked but for the most part its so ludicrous and overly blatant. If a player gets caught flopping during a game it should be an automatic technical.

One of my go to moves when playing was to get the ball down low, say an opponent was defending me arms straight up. I would go across their arms so you would naturally hear a slap and get the call. I always initiated it. It was such a cheater move.
