Sleep Deprivation...

I never get more than 5 hours per night and, oftern, I am up in the middle of the night. However, since discovering the Rx I find it much easier getting through a rough night.

There are other factors that come in to play, such as your age and stress levels. Constantly changing your sleep routine would have an impact for sure.

7 is a perfect # ... hit the sack at midnight and get up at 7 every day..

usually hit the couch for about 45 minutes around 2 every day as well.. usually dont fall asleep though.. just lay back and think..

I get 7 myself. Works for me. It does seem like some people are just born with the ability to get by on much less. Funny how i'll see someone who got only 2 hours sleep and their eyes are clear yet I slept 5 hours and i'm bloodshot.

Whenever I have sleep problems I pop a 10MG of Ambiem..sleep like a baby,,get all caught up and fresh as a daisy..never any hangover effect..been doing this for about 10 years compliments of VA. Also another big plus NO nightmares!

Yeah blue i'd say you are. The next six weeks will be serious sleep deprivation. Six weeks is about the time it takes for babies to be expected to sleep through the night. Perfect timing for you for the NBA playoffs. 3 am feedings and NBA capping at the same time. We'll be expecting playoff game breakdowns each day from you by 5 am every morning LOL.
