Woah woah woah done for the season?? You and I, with the amount of games we've bet, know as well as anybody about the ups and downs that come with betting every single day in baseball. I tell this to everyone: You should never end your run mid-season when a good run is INEVITABLE. Plus, unlike me this year, you have the luxury of having a good record so you don't have to worry about your record like I constantly have to every night. Even though you've had a couple of off days, you can kind of simply reset yourself, re-gain your composure, and boom, you'll be rolling again with confidence. It's all about confidence, and once you put together a string of two consecutive solid days, or even one if it's been an extensive slump, you'll be fine. Don't tap out in August when you are SURE to have solid long runs coming, possibly even this week.
So Wash wins by 1 in extras again...yuck..0-3 tonight, shitty way to end the season...Sorry Cat, thanks for the support but I had to cash out my account and left enough, plenty actually, to get me through the MLB season, but this slump the last 2 weeks lost it all. I won enough to pay for 4 vacation trips this year, including my Disney trip, but was literally on the verge of really big money before this slump, which hurts..Since I cant reload now I cant bet, so im gonna try to come back for NFL, and end MLB with a good record and a nice profit.

Trust me. Even if it's not right now, please return for one day at some point in time because I promise it'll do wonders for you mentally. Obviously this has nothing to do with trying to win money off your bets, as you know I take bets from NO ONE but myself, but getting to know you this year, I like you. You're a good dude with your head on straight and I'm STRONGLY suggesting this to you for own benefit: Just trust me and come back for one day. If it doesn't work out, then you can ride off into the sunset and begin to prep for football (How are you in NFL betting, by the way?), but I guarantee you that more likely than not, you will have a good day, which should do wonders for your confidence, and perhaps propel you on another run that will allow you to profit a bit more than the solid amount you've made this season.
Like I said, you're a good dude and you're one of my favorite people on here that I like to converse with. But trust me, if there's one thing I excel in betting more than any other, it's the PSYCHOLOGY of it. A lot of people have skill in this: Me, you, and countless others. The KEY that separates the great ones from everyone else is the MENTAL factor, especially for people such as you and I who do this literally every single day. It's so hard under those circumstances to keep a steady head because producing every day, you lose that crucial sense of urgency on some days, resulting in days where you go through the motions (We're all victims of this, unfortunately), which might lead to a bad day, which then snowballs.
Again, I respect whatever decision you make. But I assure you that if you try it one more day, even if it's not this week or even next week, but just at some point in time, you'll be SO much more hungrier than what this mini slump has done to you. It'll make such a huge difference because I guarantee you'll ENJOY it again, and people like ourselves are having fun with this, rather than going through the motions, we are significantly, significantly, significantly more successful.

Thanks for the kind words guys. Cat, you are correct and this is a mental game. I really felt like losing half my units in like a week and a half was time for me to take a break. Ill still play, but small until I feel better about the card. I see you are hitting your big bets again, good, just keep doing what you have been doing and you will be fine. I dont usually lose in baseball so I needed to stop before I had to really start giving back what I won.
