No Problem with HW
A little slow but everytime i phoned them and had live chat my problem was solved.....
Asked for payment on the 12 and get this email,
"This is only a RECEIPT to acknowledge confirmation of your withdrawal request. A second email will be sent to you within the next 24 to 48 hours confirming your funds have been sent."
Today i get this one even though i asked for it in my neteller acct,
"We thought that you would like to know that your withdrawal from
12-May-06 has been processed and was sent to you as follows:
$1,000.00 was sent on 15-May-06 as a check through Federal Express to
the address that we have on file and the tracking number will be
provided to us within the next 24/48 hours. If you haven't received the
package within that time please give us a call."
Tonight on Live chat I needed my Hurricanes series bet credit, and got this email 2 min later,
Customer believes that pending wager
on account should be graded. Wager
details as per notes in WG:
Wed May 10 2006 12:53:48 AM: pending
wager from 5/3/06 for $100 on Series
Hurricanes
We will work to have a solution for you as soon as possible.You can
expect to hear from us within 24 to 48 hours depending on the nature of
the issue but I can assure you that we already started working on the
issue.
Please review and revert to customer
