I don`t think it has any thing to do with being "recreational " I think there doing it to everyone .I`m up there but I`m a recreational player ,90% of my bets are under $ 100

Called them back at the required time. Was told to call back AGAIN in 2 hours.

I'm a very patient guy...but I really hope they resolve this soon.

Sportsbook.com takes between 5 to 7 days for a standard withdrawl, this has been going on forever over there. The Old Hollywood had a much simpler withdraw system, meaning you never had to wait more then a few hours for a payout. Anybody has a problem, ask for Victor or John.they told me, they are over there to help in the transition.Im 100% positive that everyone will get paid. Be patient and stop worrying. I know its tough, but everyone will get paid. Sportsbook.com is a huge f'n company with lots of unneccesary "checks and balances" in place.

are, that if they are so incompetent in this simple admin. transaction, that they`ve had a long time to plan for then why should anyone trust them with $$ in the future? There are a hell of lot of class A operations out there. Obviously this isn`t one of them. Coach I hope you get your funds.

Thanks, Silver! I just received an e mail from Holly saying that my WD request has been sent via Fed Ex, in the form of a check, and if I don't receive it in 3 days call them back. I REQUESTED a Neteller WD, NOT a check. These people have taken a GREAT book and trashed it. Pox on the new owners house. LT

It's scary though, ain't it? You deposit with a well known and trusted book with solid customer service, a book that you trust to hold you money and deal with you. Then overnight they get bought out, a new company comes in and freezes all withdrawls, gives people the runaround, and in the case of Seven Out, has been told that they may or may not find his missing 3000.

No Problem with HW

A little slow but everytime i phoned them and had live chat my problem was solved.....:103631605

Asked for payment on the 12 and get this email,

"This is only a RECEIPT to acknowledge confirmation of your withdrawal request. A second email will be sent to you within the next 24 to 48 hours confirming your funds have been sent."

Today i get this one even though i asked for it in my neteller acct,

"We thought that you would like to know that your withdrawal from
12-May-06 has been processed and was sent to you as follows:

$1,000.00 was sent on 15-May-06 as a check through Federal Express to
the address that we have on file and the tracking number will be
provided to us within the next 24/48 hours. If you haven't received the
package within that time please give us a call."


Tonight on Live chat I needed my Hurricanes series bet credit, and got this email 2 min later,

Customer believes that pending wager
on account should be graded. Wager
details as per notes in WG:

Wed May 10 2006 12:53:48 AM: pending
wager from 5/3/06 for $100 on Series
Hurricanes
We will work to have a solution for you as soon as possible.You can
expect to hear from us within 24 to 48 hours depending on the nature of
the issue but I can assure you that we already started working on the
issue.
Please review and revert to customer
