Should I be worried about my "lost" account balance at Hollywood?

My balance at Hollywood was about 3 dimesbefore the "migration". The balance never was brought over to the new company. I have contacted Hollywood 11 times since last Wednesday. this is the last conversation I had on Monday afternoon. Sounds like I am getting the run around, what do you guys think? Should I be worried?

Ronald: everyone I spoke to has said they would have an answer in 12 to 24 hours. That hasn't happened yet

Apparently there is some rough going with the transition but I am certain all legitimate balances will be accounted for when things are completed.

What confused me is:

I was told today by Victor that my WD request had been mailed out today by Fed Ex with a cashiers check. I told him I requested a NT withdrawal and he said that my NT acct had NOT been certified so that is why a check was sent instead. That excuse did not go over with me. The bottom line is They have us by the balls and they don't care if it costs them customers. LT

I Just Spoke To Them, And They Told Me I Am Suppose To Receive A Cashiers Check In Fed Ex Too. I Requested The $4,000 Withdrawal Via Neteller, What Is Going On? Why Is Hollywoodsportsbook Like This?

I was told to certify your NT acct you had to send them 20.00 to show you had an acct. That was AFTER they said it was sent Fed Ex. CI, the new owners don't care. I would think that anyone that has had these issues would quit using Holly. :pucking: LT

Unreal these guys are jokers. I have emailed them asking where my money is. Did they give you a fed ex tracking number at least for proof?

Why is there a link to Hollywood at the top if these guys were sold?? Very misleading to someone that just clicks the link

Sold or not Hollywood still advertises here a The Rx.. They are still in operation and I will be glad to help anyone who might have trouble getting paid.

Just goes to show that even a paid advertiser can go and be sold and STILL advertise on this site...dont mean to bash THERX...but it just seems misleading.

They must have paid in full till the end of the month...maybe thye should have stopped advertising and use that $$ to pay the ones that have not gotten paid yet

Max or anyone else who is worried about any funds owed to you by Hollywood please email me at wilheim@therx.com and I will find out when you should expect to see them.

No one is going to get stiffed - obviously there has been a run of withdrawals along with software migration that has caused some withdrawals to be delayed.

I would like to advise everyone with withdrawal requests into Hollywood to try to be as patient as possible.

I'm getting the same treatment. I have been asking for Neteller, and Neteller only, and been waiting and already had to contact CS, but this morning they email me saying they are sending me a check, but to the wrong (old) address I have listed. Had they just told me about having to RE certify my Neteller account I would have taken that route. They sent me an email too asking for my Neteller acount details, and I responded by asking them what did they need? But they sent me a check anyways. Now I had to call them, it's been a real pain so far trying to get this straightened out. I'll post the full story later, including how it will be resolved, which I will know when I call them back in a few hours while they work on the problem. I was also told that they do NOT do sportsbook transfers when I asked if I could just have them do a transfer to Pinny like other people have posted they (the NEW Hollywood) have done for them.

The $20 thing is standard with SBT. When they took over AllSportsCasino, they paid withrawal requests via Check even for existing customers because the neteller doesn't show in their system til you deposit.

Looks pretty clear that current players here having all the problems are deemed "sharp" or "non-recreational" by the new management and that the new mgmt would not want their business anyway so they are taking their time here and not giving a chit about CS or who gets paid when and/or how long it takes.

Hollywood was the next book I was going to add - glad i waited.

Pretty chitty deal ...................

I feel for each and every one of you that is getting the run around in this matter. Haveing your money tied up in a 3rd world country is bad enough, but to not be able to get paid in a timeing fashion is another story. No matter the circumstances of the change over.

But as someone mentioned here once you are "labled" NOT a recreational player, then they will pay you when they get ready.

They know that you are leaveing to begin with, so why pay you in a timely fashion is the way they are looking at the total picture. Like ya think "we" care?
