Should Healthcare be a birth right?

Seems that the line is divided. Those who think its a right, who pays for it?

Should free food be a birth right as well?

Should mandatory birth control be a right or stipulation for the children being born in large numbers into families that cant afford to raise them?

Is national defense a right. What about law and order? Someone has to provide those services? A good civilization IMO needs to be protected, healthy, and educated to flourish. Is it a right? I'd say no, but should it be a privilege of living of a citizen living in a strong nation? I don't know? Maybe, probably if you want to number one in everything. If the fed would get out of most of the rest market place in trade of those three, I wouldn't lose any sleep.

in pre-civil war america, many states thought they had the right to free labor.

we could go back to those days, we could take poor people off the streets and teach them to be doctors and nurses and in return they can provide free health care for the rest of us.

for the poor people that are not smart enough to become doctors or nurses, they could work the fields and provide free food for us.

In Canada it is. I never went to see a doctor for 30 years. I now see one every 3 months. I do have to pay for my pills however
