Bash atteendees
Please try to get your reservations made this week so I can see where I stand with actual posters who have a reservation. I am talking about the the large group that was emailed early last week bY both person19481950@yahoo.com and CC to sportsavant@therx.com. Once you people are taken care of I can start finding rooms for the waiting list which is growing.
Poker Tournament sign up thread is a little late due to last minute art changes but will be up in the next 3 days or so. Great tournament this year with 65 seats available for $5,000 in prize money.
Once the poker tournenament sign up thread is posted I will post the itinarary and later in July I will post the Reception Dinner menu plus Sportsavant is working on a Bash goers only capping tournament with nice prizes for the top finishers..
Porno Paul is bringing some great giveaways, and I have a ton ot Polos and Tee's with Rx.com logos to give away. Naatrually we will have our customary cash raffle after the reception dinner and of course both bars will be open to all posters and their quests.
Can't wait to see all you guys in Las Vegas, I have my room (South Tower, all I need is a bed and shower) and will be getting in sometime on Thurday.

This year we have seating capabilities for 66 players.
Edgar is working on the sign up thread and I am really hoping to see it up on Monday here in the Offshore Forum. First seats will be going to our posters attending the Bash including local Vegas residents who are also posters but do not have to reserve rooms because they live in Vegas..
Any remaining untaken seats will be offered to the guests of our posters on a first come first to be seated basis.
Guests will be allowed to sign-up for the event at a sign up table I will have set up at approximately 11AM local time on Saturday moring August 15th in The Golden Nugget Poker Room.
Dealers will shuffle up and deal an hour later at Noon sharp Vegas time in the Golden Nugget Pokers room itself..
Everyone will get their table and seat assignment at the sign up table between 11AM and Noon from myself and another mod or two working the sign-up table on that Saturday morning.
All players MUST make a $20 donation when you sign-up that will go to the dealers and poker pit crew as a group gratuity from you the posters and guests that play in the tournament. The donation has been the same for the last five years and mandatory if you want to play.
Winners will not have to share any part of their winnings with the dealers as they will be already taken care of by your group $20 each donations.
Anyone who objects to making the $20 gratuity donation should not sign-up for the poker tourney.
