These Bashes have become a lot less fun for us locals since the RX imposed their no lodging for Las Vegas Locals policy. I'm supposed to have a great time but do so without drinking too much or else I take the ridiculous risk of getting home and getting a DUI or worse yet getting into an accident . There really are not that many of us locals that have attended past Bashes and I think it surely cannot impose much of a financial burden to put some of us long time posters safely staying at the same lodging as all the rest of the gang. The RX and EOG always allowed us a room until the last year or two. I believe EOG still gets rooms for all their posters. JMHO

I think you can get as Drunk as you want, and someone will make sure you get home safe and sound.
Maybe catch a ride to the Nugget and we will get a Taxi to get you home.
Or maybe you will be able to Crash in someone's room.
