What happened was an awful tragedy. The suspect seems, by many accounts, to have a mental health issue which conceivable, was causally related to that event. He needs help not a bullet in the head. IMO!

He's white so they will say mental health issues are the cause regardless. If he's a Muslim, then it's considered terrorism.

The names of the victims who were murdered at the “Waffle House shooting” have been released.

Yesterday, I poured through news reports to see if anyone had described the patrons of the Waffle House. I strongly suspected that many would be Black and Latino.

Nothing.

Then I finally found an interview with a witness. He was Latino. This morning found two more. They were African-American, and I was not surprised when I saw reports this morning naming the victims — with photos.

News reports are still calling this “random.”

My thoughts: Looked to see if #DomesticTerrorism was trending this morning. Nope. Why not? (rhetorical question)

Let’s see who in the major media will stop the whitewash.

RIP.

Or it was the only place open in the area, with customers at 3:30 in the morning, when this nutjob decided to attack. If it was racially motivated, he could have found a bigger crowd of non-whites during the day at other places.
