A quick peek at both teams latest scores is what is needed. Wolfsburg had a great team in theory but has been struggling to transform known names into a winning formula. They are, nevertheless, a very strong team at home, as well as a high-scoring one! Heerenveen will travel to Germany after 5 wineless games. In all these games they conceded at least 2 goals and only once did they fail to score. They are a very offensive team, as is Wolfsburg, so this game will most likely give us a home win with some goals. Over 3 is our pick!

I thought about that too with the whole ESPN home dog, but the game is not on espn (not like the tv channel really matters). Thursday home dogs are a ridiculous cover, but like we saw with the monday night under (previously 7 or 8-0 on the over), all things come to an end.

As for VT -3, VT is coming off an 0-2 away losing streak. Howevever, these losses were 23-28 to BC and 20-30 to FSU. Maryland is coming off of a 2 game HOME winning streak barely beating NCST and crushing Wake. There is just something about college football and the home crowd advantage. I wouldn't be surpised if VT blew them out tonight.
