When jac sat on the ball at the end of the half with 55 seconds left and 2 time outs cost them the game. Maybe the stupidest thing I ever saw. The had them reeling and should have reasserted themselves. It took the kill mode out of them.

I'm only posting this because I can't recall the last time more people bet against the Patriots, seriously. I think it must happen occasionally, but it's very rare and I don't remember the last time I noticed this

Also more people are on the under, another oddity on really big games. Don't most casual gamblers play the over?

Some people have posted sources with crazy action on the Eagles, I think WilliamHill is the source. I guess the Brit's love the Eagles. Maybe they're still mad at Boston more so than Philly

Most sources still have Eagles action, albeit by insignificant variations. One thing is certain, that gamblers love affair with NE is not showing up thus far for this game

IDK, it was 14-10 at the time, that's not reeling. My guess is that their coach didn't want a quick 3 and out and give the ball back to NE with time for Brady to score again.

Brady and the Patriots do make teams think (or worry) a lot, and Jacksonville does not have a quick score offense. Having said that, I would have tried to score too, but Jacksonville was probably just sticking to their game plan. Play conservative on offense and try to shorten the game.

The 2nd half adjustments were still coming, no matter what they did there

really wish they would start it earlier but I am sure they have done their homework on drawing the highest ratings. (though hard to believe an earlier start would hurt the ratings)

That's why it's nice to watch in Calif. You can watch the game and still go out to eat or Bar-B-Que after.
