Welching on a MONEY BET is a Auto Ban
Been working here for almost 10 years and never saw a BAN BET being an Auto ban unless a Mod was told Ahead of time

Just curious why it matters if a mod was told beforehand or not?

I don’t think banning him will solve much at this point to be honest .

Im just saying if I owned this place I would do some things a lot differently .

But I have read the TOS at this place .

Pretty much everyone in this entire forum with over 1000 post could justify a ban according to the TOS of this site .

Agree w/ chop at this point I don’t think banning him does a ton. I’d probably
do it anyway but most bad decisions made at this place have already happened.

Biggest thing was them replacing kicker with a flex, and I knew that would be really good so scaled out more.

because it takes a Mod to enforce it if they don't do it on their own.
a heads up would have been nice, plus Agreement on both sides

My take on a Ban bet ( going by past years that I remember ) was it's more of a Rep thing, and I could remember a few where a Mod wasn't involved and the person self banned himself

JC loss a Ban bet and kept his word for 5 Months ?? I forget whatever it was.
GB didn't even stay away for a day. My Opinion, he should have taken some time off for the bet, and maybe worked something out to come back Earlier
he could have used JC's as an example. But that My opinion

and when Money is involved I believe it's a stiff job and we have never allowed Stiffs to stay on ( maybe enough time to work out a deal )

If you think my behavior on this site is in any way similar to him, we'll have to agree to disagree. I wouldn't even dignify that with a response.

You and I get along pretty well and I really don't see how I could start rattling off bad moves I think the RX has made and why the site has declined without offending you. But if you want, we can do a full blown SWOT analysis of the site in this thread. But again, it'll be almost impossible for me to do so w/o offending you.

As far as RC goes...He's 1 of many from just 6 months ago that volume is way down......DNoonan, Jstack, MattyMatt, HC/Chop posts less until recently. That's off my head. It isnt just because of Welch, it's because of a lot of reasons. Again, I have 0 equity in this site but I've posted pretty regularly for years and I think I am half smart (as Ricky Williams once said), so if you wanna talk about every misstep we can. If you wanna analyze a business, we can. There is probably a lot you can tell me that I don't know but I'm not lying when I say traffic is down. The OS gets like 10 posts an hour these days, threads never get to 2 pages unless it is politics/arguing, etc
