If that's the case, what was the purpose of the poker tournament sign-up thread a couple of weeks ago? Now, all of a sudden, it's first-some-first-entered? Just show up? Not good.

VVV, to the best of my knowledge, the people that signed up here, are "guaranteed" a spot in the tourney, the ones that didnt can try to get in at that time, if there are extra seats...

Thanks for the response. That makes a lot more sense to me. I think I may have been 92 or 93 to sign in but am sure a few won't show. Best luck to all participants!

This is a case of to many cooks in the kitchen. Just so everyone knows I will use the sign up thread for priority as follows.

1. Rx posters who signed up first.
2. Rx. Posters not signed up but attending Bash and wish to enter.
3. Guests of Rx. posters in sign up order.
4. Guests of Rx. posters who did not sign up.

Unfortunately some attendees may not get a seat, although I am not sure of this becasue of potential no shows. I will have all poster names on sign up sheet with email addys for verification. I sincerely hope everyone who wants to play can. Remember the tounament is first for posters and secondly for their guests.
