General, I feel you earn the bonus with Roll over. I am not saying it is right for a perons to pull out their money then redeposit and expect a bonus.

Once again, this just shows how unorganized Royal is. I love Royal, and have got paid in the past, but they need some MAJOR ORGANIZATION. If he was quoted the 20%, give it to him. If Royal does not want his business, ban him. And the same for the player, if he doesnt like the 10%, take you business else where.

As for the bonuses, I feel they will always be around. If they offer a occasional 20-25% with 5 times over and 10% reload, this will not hurt a well managed book. They get it back on the Vig.

Also, I dont think books mind bonus whoring to an extent. the book loves the action it draws.

there are tons of reasons to pull out cash and move on.

and Royal desperate to get anything back that is breathing offers upt he 20%.

THEY wanted him back, and thought they could sneak a 10% on him. Nothing less.

they would never send that cash back in full!! that is the whole reason they have a bonus to get the cash in house

Is this right, say you are into a book for 8K, withdrawal 4K, 2 weeks later they offer a reload. then you send 2.5K for a reload, is this wrong?

you are still down 4K to them. and they are offering the bonus.

Normally bonuses are for NEW money, not recycled money.

Of course, Royal or any other book will do as they see fit.

Let me clear up the bonus whore comments for good. Originally sent deposit during mach madness and withdrew funds once up until july 7th. Thanks for the help General. I decided to send money to royal because of 800 number that can be used out of country.

Jordan - don't listen to many of these guys who have vested interests in Royal (i.e. shills).

The very purpose of bonuses is to attract customers. When Jordan withdrew on July 7, a month later they offered him 20% to get him back. How can you say Jordan did anything wrong? All he is doing is taking advantage of the bonus?

In my opinion, there is NOTHING wrong with being a bonus whore. If you are playing by the BOOK's rules, you roll over the money, you withdraw after you have EARNED the money, the bonus money is YOURS. even if you withdraw the day after completing the rollover requirement, you have satisfied the BOOK's rules. The book took a shot, and lost. TOO BAD.

Another bad example of Royal's actions. People PLEASE OH PLEASE stay away!!! Jordan, please find another book that lets you use an 1800 number overseas.

Sounds like Royal and Jordan are a perfect match. What a great story. And they lived happily ever after, for 30 days. Best Wishes...OF

I would question whether or not the clerk who handled this transaction and talked to jordan actually looked at jordans account activities before offering the bonus....if the clerk was speaking in generalities and never checked to see if he tore down his account a few weeks earlier, then I could see some confusion brewing when he was offered 20%, which was later reduced to 10% upon seeing his account activity.

Offering 20% and then changing it to 10% for no reason would be operating a bait and switch tactic.

And as others have already stated, it is clearly different if someone has dumped a few thousand dollars into the book....what casino wouldn't give out a bonus to someone who has already given away thousands....the re-up is probably dead money anyway...the book's not out until the player draws out more than he has put into the book.

The player knew better. Probably should of been shown the door unless he gave the clerk his acct number and explained in detail that he had recently made a withdraw. If so, the cs person should be trained.

Royal has been slammed here in this forum and most of it rightfully so from what I read but I can't agree with crying over a 20% bonus when you withdrew your money our earlier. These shops have to make money too or they all will go under. Personallly I would be emberrased to even try such a thing.I have withdrrawn money there once a month for 5 straight months ending in May and wouldn't think that Royal owes me a 20% bonus after that. I f Royal keeps up there rebound and has good lines, props, customer service, they'll slowly get their clientel base back to where they need it.

respectfully disagree Red Eye

there are many ways too look at it...

lets say you won at ROYAL 5 times in a row... then you are going on a Tour to Europe for 2 Months so you withdraw all your money from all Books. Then you come back from your holidays looking to re-load...

why would most re-load at ROYAL unless they were given a bonus... there are plenty of good shops that will offer a bonus or will offer reduced juice... ROYAL has extremly high vig & no reduced juice which basically is how they can offer the Bonus... Nothing wrong with 'accepting' or 'requesting' a reload bonus in this case.

This is a 'NEW' Shot with the book... Think about it... what would be the incentive to re-load there again if No Bonus was awarded?

The books have too make money also holds absolutely no water... these books are VIRTUAL with very low operating costs... not like Vegas Hotels who have higher operating costs...

Lets say you are staying at a hotel in Vegas & playing Black jack & they are comping your room... You kick their ass & leave the hotel up 50K... would you be ashamed to ask for a COMP room next time you go... of course you woudnt... You would take the comp & the dinner & try to kick their ass again...

Good points, but when i come back to reload after emptying my accounts, I wouldn't expect 20%, probably 10%.As far as other shops are concerned and offering low vig, etc,Royal has -105 friday or sat I believe during the season, soft lines to which are an enticement as far as I'm concerned, not to mention future props that stay up all season. If this shop stays afloat and finances are in order, this is a great shop whether you get a bonus or not. The way it is now, I play there regardless of the bonus for the aforementioned reasons

red eye -

the bottom line is this...jordan's money is HIS money. he can do with it however he pleases so long as he meets the rollover requirement. the MINUTE he meets the book's requirements, he can withdraw all of his money. if he meets it, and he withdraws, good for him. if the book wants him to re-load, why not get a brand new bonus? if royal did not want to pay it, jordan would go elsewhere to get his bonus.

royal was not happy that he withdrew. too freaking bad.

Poor customer service work led to this...You don't deserve ANY bonus let alone 20%....Royal giving the 20% to you could be taken as the right thing to do, or just a mistake in the marketing dept....those that read the title to this thread and don't open it will think the worst ...too bad for Royal

Bonuses on top of bonuses ???
