I sent funds to royal this morning and am regretting it already. Spoke with cs yesterday and was told I would receive 20% bonus. Called back today before sending funds and verified bonus and rollover again. Logged on to account and no bonus was showing up, called royal and spoke with supervisor. Her response was since I withdrew entire account balance earlier this month that I would only receive 10% verses 20%.

If it has been more than 30 days or so that is a different story...
I just loaded up with ROYAL through the OGD protection program & got a sweet 25% Bonus... Hope I dont get screwed...

You took all your money out, and then wait until it has been exactly 30 days(month) to send them more money to get another bonus?
I am not sure of their rules or how they do bonuses. But I would say that since you are so sure of the timing thatis probably a stipulation.
I doubt very much you will get any sympathy here. You also called in and made sure it was verified beforee you sent them any money. That also shows you wanted to make sure you were going to get it.
Like SS said, I wouldn't have given you a dime, and simply sent your money back to you, with the customary 3-5 business waiting period of course.
Pretty obvious what you were doing, and you should feel lucky you got anything. I don't know anyone whowithdraws all there oney and then reloads, unless they are just looking to get bonuses.

Who knows maybe he took his cash out to go to a different shop, or quit for good.
Royal, has lots of reasons for offering a 20% bonus for return business. Its up to them. If they want return business, draw a customer back after they leave they can offer 20% back.

Good move Royal, honoring a mistake is a smart move to gain loyalty...
However if i noticed a pattern with a player like this, i would kindly send his money back, and lock the door for him....
Drawing money out only to send same money back 30 days later and get 20% is only gonna make it harder on everyone else.....
Different if he had 2 grand in there, w/d's a grand, loses rest, then sends a grand back....cuz he lost already, no problem there...but if he cleaned out account, then sends same or less back, and gets 20% more, he is getting "big" advantage on the book..
