As I said I have nothing against you. I know you have quite a burden but you seem to come thru most of the times, despite all odds.

What I personally don't like is Tej stiffing people, and not even having the decency of taking responsibility for it.

Here's an example. This is a message I received from one of the employees Tej stiffed on 5/27/2005

Arun asked the owner for me,and he said that you were in charge of the payment,and he's not going to give me anything.Arun said that he'll continue to talk to him,and see if he can help me.But for now,he's not agreeing to send me my money.

5/27/2005 Richard....not even a month ago...and the guy is owed less than $200 Richard.....

Another problem I have is Tej hiding the fact he owns Royal. I advised him many times to come clean and say the truth. Why does he keep hiding ?

He just needs to be a man for once, and not hide behind bodyguards (which is still better than send them to intimidate John and Bill btw)

Tej has the money to properly fund the company and turn it into a success. All he needs to do is to quit being Tej of Scores and become a true businessman.

He's already taken the heat for being the owner. This is still going on because he thinks that hiding behind a finger is better than saying the truth.

Most of the people are WARY because of this attitude Richard.

I still have hope he'll come thru. Otherwise ..the best it can happen to him is to get fucked over and over by the people he fucked (hint..the 50K banner deal).

You are right Richard. I quit on December 7th 2003 (you had been hired two days before). It was when Tej wanted to take full control of the money.

During the period August 2nd 2003/December 7th 2003 there had been not 1 slow pay. We all know what happened after I left.

(ps: please spare readers the bullshit of Gamblers Avenue, which is sometimes used to blame others for the slow pays, other times used to say Royal saved hundreds of players).

Gamblers Avenue was fully absorbed by mid December 2003. If Kevin would have kept control over the money the slow pay mode would have never started. He gave up to Tej and EVERYONE, players first, know what happened.

You know Richard....even if it may sound crazy I'm Royal's biggest fan. I know the Company has the resources to make it and grow.

Tej has to learn that players money becomes his NOT when bettors deposit, but when his bookmaker has won it. That's all.

The faster you pay, the larger and fastest you grow in this business Richard.

You guys have good content, good customer service. You simply lack the missing part: Pay on demand.

Once you'll have matured a consolidated track record in flawless payout history you will have more than a chance to rank much higher than today.

There is no friggin way i would ever put my money at betroyal or any other two bit operations that just sound phony to me. I have been put through the ringer by David Rockwell when they closed my account after i played less than 3 weeks (and those bastards still owe me about 1500 dollars of my bonus that they held)...I can not stand cheap ass scumbags who want to play games with peoples money then start these posts claiming that they are angels. I have never had any trouble with Royal. They pay when they say they will. I can reup at anytime for a nice bonus. Not sure what all the fuss is about. I hear all the time at the RX how bad a book they are but I have never haanything but good experiences there. Any other book that takes this kind of regualr bashing around here would suffer greatly, but Royal keeps on ticking. Its been a good book for me.
