The players have this place figured out to a Tee.

I'd lump'em all together BOS, Sportsbook, SBG, SIA, ect. They all have punishing payout procedures and may even cheat you if your not careful. They all make money and could care less about their reputation.

What I mean by cheating on prices is summed up by their treatment of a Wimbledon 03 prop - unseeded player to reach mens' final at 32 to 1.

Before the event, this was a generous but not silly price since Federer & Roddick alone added up to nearly 40% of the book at many places. Note I have not ever bet any of SIA's props so have no axe to grind on what happened.

It suddenly became clear that Philippousis' body was holding up better than for a few years, but folk who had the 32 to 1 were not aware of any problem until some days AFTER the final which he lost in.

A staggering 17 days or so after placing the bets, 7 round of tennis - their bet tickets were "adjusted" to 8 to 1 from 32 to 1.

So anyone who had said at the semis stage "I am worried whether this injury prone guy can go the distance (he won in 5 sets) I think I will lay off the 32 to 1 bet now" would have been well & truly crushed when they got the ticket slashed to 8 to 1.

I struggle to describe this by any word other than theft. Their prop bet slips are not worth a damn unless they are losing ones.

peskypup,

Sportsinteraction steals the Irish way. We Europeans know very well that it is truly stealing. Some Americans cannot imagine that their own ancestors will do such a thing!

True Story!
