If you were going to make a racism argument, I'd stick to the angle that owners don't hire ck because has bad for business, and the fact that he's bad for business is indicative of racist overtones within our society as a whole.

The actions of owners are just reflective of the marketplace of end users.

It would still be bullshit, but a more cogent point.

Lol wtf are you talking about. Just stop dude. All I said was a lot of owners are racist. All across the boardm EVERY sport I guarantee there's some owners who are racist. That's common sense. You think Donald sterling was the only one? Doubt it.

I don't give a shit if they take whites over blacks. You asked a dumb ass question. I answered you. Leave it at that.

If gms make the football decisions, then why are you claiming owners are racist for not hiring ck?

Oh colin Kaepernick. Duh. Because the owners get the backlash. They are the ones dealing with pissed off fans and season ticket holders. They are the ones threatening. The owner has to deal with the backlash even though most GMs think he's good enough to play for them. Owners still have say. Gm still works for him. But most GMs want him. And most owners don't. That says that owners do not want to deal with the backlash. But at first it was.....he wasn't good enough. Now it's......we don't want to deal with it.

Owners are scared of the negativity. But some are for sure racist. No doubt in my mind. And they want to punish ck for how he acted. This is a statement they have been trying to send bro. They are trying to make an example of the dude.

My point was basically in support of your viewpoint. I didn't really expect you to understand though.

I'll stop asking you to think critically so you can just stick to "keeping it real".

Texas is not the South. It is south, but it does not qualify as THE south.

Texas is like a completely different country. An area unto itself.

Youre right about that! Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi I see as the South.

love when people try making a point and both start, and end it, with "lol". might as well just preface it by saying "I'm a complete fucking childish dumbass" and then make your point :)

There are racist players, too. Lots of them are black, for sure, no doubt in my mind. LOTS of them. Kneelpernick has no one to blame but himself, he made his "statement". Unfortunately, 95% of the people have absolutely no idea why he kneeled, so his message was a total failure. But IMO there is no 'personal expression' when wearing a uniform of a team. If you're in street clothes, you can kneel all you like. Owners are hearing it from the people who provide the income for the players and those people are entitled to their personal expression, too. I'm looking forward to reading about the cowards who will be using their NFL jerseys to make "personal expressions", cuz I sure as hell ain't watching the ungrateful pricks.
