Yeah that's the one team that taking the risk would make sense for them since their QB situation is so bad but yet they aren't really rebuilding. And Kaep doesn't really turn the ball over which is what they need.

Bortles must've been awful in preseason to not even get 1 last chance in a make or break year. He was the 3rd overall pick.

Just signing Kaep wouldn't fly. They would have to move all the games to London.
