Too much sugar causes diabetes, also am part of neighboor hood watch that watches out for public drunkenness, I have no promblem notifying authorities via a 911 call or even make an occasional citizens arrest, if witness is present.

JJ,

I am 2 nd in command in an area called B-5 which is an area in NW Hunington Beach, we work in concert with HBPD and we broke a 2 yr old record for arrests in month of July, with the help of our peace officers we made the streets safer this summer for all. Also our staff made 2 citizens arrests of illegal fireworks, and have an upcoming court date pending.
