Are you kidding me? You think "6x" EXPLAINS ANYTHING?? Let me guess, you work for them too? All they have to do is say "If you accept a promotion ALL OF YOUR FUNDS are locked up and prohibited from withdrawal until you wager 6 times your deposit + bonus. This would make it crystal clear. Is that really so hard?

NEXT QUESTION - I don't see anything in their rules that say I can't bet on both sides of an event. Is this another "unwritten rule" that I should know about (common knowledge!)? Are they going to revoke the bonus $ or something like that if I bet both sides?

it is common knowledge and no i dont work for them. if you were so new or out of touch with how the offshore betting has worked the past 5+ years, you should have asked them in live help before making your deposit. also it was dumb of you to accept any type of bonus if you knew you were going to immediatly withdraw if you won.

Bonus Plays are bonuses whether they win or lose. If a Bonus Play loses, the amount put at risk is the bonus amount. If a Bonus Play wins, the higher amount between risk and win is the bonus amount. (Deposit + Bonus x Rollover)

Rollover calculations are based on the lower of the two values (risk/win) regardless of the money line. For example: Bet risks $160 to win $100, $100 is counted toward rollover amount. Bet risks $100 to win $180, we count $100 towards rollover amount.
Bonus Play or cash bonus rollover is applicable to sports-book wagering only. Casino and horse race wagering do not count towards rollover requirements

Why should ANYONE have to bother asking a customer service rep something that CLEARLY needs to be put in writing on the website?? Again, no sane person who was unfamiliar with the online gambling scene would assume they would not be allowed to withdrawal money if they accepted a bonus. The normal assumption is that you can withdrawl what you deposited and winnings on what you deposited. I'd expect them to prohibit me from withdrawing the BONUS and winnings on that bonus.

Yes, and I think everyone here either works for Justbet, or they directly or indirectly benefit from Justbet. I see they are a forum sponsor. I think its completely ludicrous that so many of you guys think its OK to NOT clearly explain a promotion on a gambling website. If you read the ripoff report link you will see that this is OBVIOUSLY a problem.

Don't do it. Books vary on how they handle situations like that, at the very least they just wouldn't count those bets toward your rollover, but more likely they will indeed revoke the bonus $.

While it isn't spelled out in JustBet's rules, I think it falls under the broad "bonus abuse" term which is mentioned in the rules.

I can understand you not knowing if you are really as completely green as you claim and I have no reason to think otherwise, but also, you really cant blame them for having the policies that they have. Maybe it was not specifically clear to you, but again it is there.

Last question, why justbet? I mean how did you run across them, I would think a google search would have had them pretty far down in rankings.

If you opened a checking account at a bank that offered you $100 to open one, would you expect to be able to collect the money and close the account after a couple of days?

As with any promotion, you have to read the fine print.

I disagree that its there, "6x" is not an explanation of anything. Like I said, a simple one sentence would clarify the whole thing.
As to why justbet, I've been using usatoday liveodds for many years to check lines (even when not betting, I like to know the lines just out of curiosity):

It just so happens that justbet is listed, farthest to the right, so its somewhat arbitrary, but that is the only reason I choose them.

The problem is there IS NO fine print to read. It isn't explained anywhere on their site. But THANKS for a good example, if I open a checking account that gives me a $100 bonus, they tell me what their promotion rules are, AND THEY ALWAYS LET ME WITHDRAW MY MONEY PLUS INTEREST PAID ON MY MONEY if I want to close the account. They may keep the bonus money, but they ALWAYS let you withdrawal your money!! Case closed.

As for the credit card fraud, again this makes no sense to me. With every sports book I've ever seen way back in the day, if you depost by credit card, the book themselves reverses the charge if you request a payback, up to the amount of your deposit. This actually saves them money and makes fraud impossible. For example, if I deposited $400 on my credit card, they would reverse the $400 then send me the rest another way (check for example). Are you saying it doesn't work this way anymore?

Simply not true. Google searches aren't that simple. There are a lot of politics behind how books get higher up on the list. Try some sportsbook watch dogs instead. Osga.com and others.

The bigger point here is simple, JustBet has been around 20 years. We are known for fast payouts and good bonuses. We earned that reputation. No one just gets a good reputation. We did absolutely nothing wrong here. Those that know us understand that if we goof, we will admit it and make it right. What did we do here? We allowed a new player to come aboard and deposit with a CC. How many books will accept CC for NEW U.S. Player's? Hardly any. We added a decent bonuses plus a free $50 bet on the super bowl. He won his Bonus Play bet and would like to withdraw it without making a few more bets. Let me know where else you can do that because I sure a hell will would trust them and I doubt they will be in business long enough for you to see your cashout. Guy win guys lose. That will always be the case. Whether you take a bonus or not, I could give a damn. Either way, we will always pay you when you win.
