You dont need to add anything to a premium setup.

the elite looks good, doesn't look like id need any other add ons. i think its going to come down to this HD vs. bluray. lot of people in this thread have said bluray is better, etc.

Bluray may be better,Ive got HD and its pretty f-ing good. Not so sure you get much ROI in comparison. In the end the PS3 may morph into being worth its price but now I dont think so.

To get the best picture for Blu Ray you need a TV that is capable of displaying 1080p. Most HDTVs now only go up to 1080i. No HD show on television is shown in 1080p.

But yes, when you watch Blu Ray on any HDTV it will look like watching ESPN HD. Very clear picture.

I don't think it's question of Blu-ray being that much better. It's just that far more people will be able to play Blu-ray movies than HD movies. Blu-ray already leads HD. HD is never gonna catch up to Blu-ray.

You admit you are more of a games guy so why the back & forth? Get the 360 & be happy with the superior games. The PS3 is overhyped & based more on potential than current productivity.
