It seems lately many people out there are actually confused about what their free speech rights actually are.

Take this latest Alex Jones case as an example. When using social media, all of the platforms have user agreements and you most follow the user agreements or the platforms have the right to remove you from using their service. You can't just post a naked photo on Instagram, get removed from Instagram then claim your free speech was violated.

I think the players that kneel love America. The people that are offended also love America. We just differ in our opinion of how to express it. The people that are offended feel the kneeling disrespects the flag. The ones kneeling feel they expect more out of their country and more specifically, the police.

In the big scheme of things the actual act of kneeling, in my opinion isn't that big of a deal. It's good that both sides are upset. It's good that there's discussion as long as it's civil, although sometimes heated. That shows both sides still care. Both sides are passionate and want the continue to raise the high standards we have set as a country.

I think we will get through this somehow. We are all in this together.

God Bless America. May we never stop arguing about how to make this great country even better. The day we stop caring is the day we should be worried.

Let's not take things so seriously. Those bigger things to concern ourselves with than some players kneeling during the anthem.

Gnite guys.

In the grand scheme of things though, their grievances with the police aren't backed by statistical data that strengthen their claims.

If they wanted to really help the problem they'd tell people to listen to the police and do whatever they say when they're talking to you, don't be a criminal and do criminal shit otherwise bad things happen, and stay in school and listen to your teachers. Those are the types of things that could actually help save lives, not kneeling or doing some BS silent protest where you won't even say why or what you're protesting(Marshawn Lynch), yeah that's really useful/helpful and going to get things done. Idiot.

Seems pretty simple doesn't it?

Apparently not to the simple minded.

Well yes, that’s a reason to not watch. But blame the nfl then, don’t blame 8 players peaceful protests as your reason. Or that you are offended because it’s un-American.
The nfl are liars and hypocrites. Nobody is debating that.

Do it on their OWN Time, Why can't they ??

If I worked for Google, I couldn't go into work and protest Google's privacy policy or the way they Track peoples every move. I'd be Fired !

So why can't they Protest on their day off ?? Why can't they protest in the middle of Times Square ?? Why do they have to do it During the Anthem ?

Give me a reasonable answer that makes sense and I'll STFU about it

Actually it is pretty simple. Dont resist the police and the chances are extremely high you won't get shot. If you feel that the arrest is unwarranted you get your day in court.

Im not trying to make you shutup. But think logically, why in the world would they change their platform and send the same message off camera where it is a lot more dangerous, and you’re a million dollar athlete. The entire point of it is to grab people’s attention. Not sure why people think there needs to be tangible proof and results to point to. Do you think everybody is going to be singing Kumbaya together? Got to be realistic. It’s silly to act like there are not discussions, meetings, and attempts at listening and understanding one another.

A lot of these players do a lot in their communities. Probably more so now than ever.

I heard the KKK was coming to Washington DC today or some shit and there are a bunch of protesters out.

Even if word got out that some player was organizing a protest. You damn well that shit would get rowdy

police get away with a lot of shit fam. A lottt of shit. They get paid to enforce the constitution. Most of what they do is just infringe on constitutional rights. That is usually what you would go ahead and call systemic opression, racially motivated harassment, something along those lines. Nobody holds police accountable. Who does it? Their chief? Exactly.

Let the dumb fucks keep protesting. They have virtually no support other than like minded racist idiots. Even the average liberal football fan can’t stand them. It shows their true colors, how ignorant they are and how isolated the are. It will eventually implode on them financially. Fuck em.
