That's assuming you can find a casino that will take a baccarat bet for up to ~ $500,000 if you make it that far...

i could do the out of state thing for ya.. but lets be realistic here.. if either of us win on that ticket we should have some type of idea of what we would do.. even though it would be very hard, i would definitely hand the ticket over but I will be honest it still has to mean a win for me.. it would be one heck of a storyline "guy hands over 425 million $ ticket" but i dont want that 15 minutes of fame. lol.. i want a win damnit puff_>>

how bout we mark the ticket (small obviously) and if it wins (and there is only one winner) - guy out of state gets prize, but owes 50 million to the buyer of ticket in-state TAX FREE (so all taxes to be paid by the real winner, including the gift tax = might mean its roughly 160million before taxes). because the lump sum is like 300 mill and then 100 mill tax from that = 200 mill cash. so u only get 150 mill urself and other 50 mill to the buyer of ticket.

If we want to simplify it we can just say 25% to buyer(in-state) and 75% to winner (from out of state)

this obviously still has some trust involved, but we can sign a contract or something when u hand over my 425mill ticket winner . lol

If there is multiple winners, the 50 mill (tax free) will be divided by number of winners.. so if 3 win its roughly 17 mill tax free...etc

If your interested, I can post your quick pick on here tonight as I will get the ticket right away ... ALSO u can pick OHIO or MICHIGAN as I live on the border and can goto either within a min puff_>>

oh and for the record my promise of 1 mill if i hit to u john is still good on other tickets and 50k to the people in this thread is still also good in any of these scenarios of a ticket I have bought for myself winning.
