Hash has claimed first that the account wasn't active, then it was active but didn't have any money in it, but that didn't matter because he had overdraft protection, and finally we actually cancelled the check because he won.
Just to recap here is ACTUALLY what happened.
- Hashish attempted to make a deposit in his account, the system would not instantly credit his account because he still had outstanding echeck deposits.
- In an attempt to circumvent the $300.00 per 5 business day limit he opened another account, deposited funds and wagered.
- After his bet was a winner the customer called up asking if he could take a western union withdrawal that day, the clerk let him know that the only way we would be able to pay him would be via a check, and only once the echeck cleared.
- He then goes into our live chat and asks what would happen if the echeck bounced, would he still have action on his plays.
- The echeck in fact bounced, for what its worth once an echeck has been initiated it can't be cancelled.
Here is the data from our echeck processor/
