Haven't had a chance to talk to bcn's main man yet, will do on Monday together with SBR, yet I've asked them about their side of the story.....
Player 1 calls to cash out...he is asked to fax an ID...he says he has no ID...BCN says we need an ID on file....he says he has no ID then sends a college ID.....right after player 2 calls to cash out...he's asked for an ID..he says he has no ID....and still hasn't faxed one....player 2 calls back and gives account # and pw of player 1 trying to convince them to pay him without the required ID.....BCN freezes both accounts....this is the story so far.
Personally I'd have no problem in sending a scan of my drivers license if I had to redeem a free nickel.......
As stated above I'll go over this case together with John and BCN's main man this coming Monday.

Latest update still nothing,. I faxed in my license then bcnsports gave me a hard time about it. I had to fax in my id 3 times today. Each time they said they weren't good enough or 1 was better than the other. If they were aware of faxes, you don't get a perfect picture. The lady @ staples thought I was strange by keep asking her to fax it in. I still know I did nothing wrong. I have done everything they asked of me. I read some posters called me a scammer. Sounds fair, and some posters thought I should be paid fair to. I will tell bcnsports that I wll not go away. I would like bcn sports to some in here and defend themselves. Take care guys. This seems like a big mess. I know in the past books have made me fax in a id to get a payout (ROYAL) it was a pain in the rear for me. Finally they paid me though. I look books who do not require this, old school style. Funny how the book hasn't come in here and said anything. I am just mad I was accused of being the poster. aka Hache! My honest take, if the two guys were different and did nothing against the rules, they should be paid. But the book has all the control in the matter. I know for myself I will not play at this book too new. I only play @ pinnacle, betjm, grande, and some at sportbet because I like Jake.
