for all we know they might have graded it at the conclusion...of course we only heard one side of the story...

PER THE WEBSITE: Yes, as a courtesy, our Internet clients may call our offices to place wagers over the phone. However, wagers placed using the phone are governed by the phone client rules. For instance, the minimum play is $100 and there is no reduced vig.

So... now everyone knows the loophole to get reduced vig over the phone at Pinnicle and it only cost them $80 LOL

For you marketing majors, this is a a textbook example of how you drum up your business. Although using a shill like Pinnacle did in this example is not ethically recomended. Kudos to the marketing department at Pinni.

Not much of a loophole. Bet your entire bankroll on the 1st half, hope you win, and then call Pinnacle before they can grade your bet?

no, instead of hanging around the house so you can get reduced vig betting via internet at halftime just call Pinnicle tell them they haven't graded the game or the website is down (whatever it doesn't matter) and then insist on reduced vig...then cry foul till you get it

Well, that is a customer relationship management issue, not marketing, so marketing majors would not be the appropriate ones to take note. For someone who seems to think he can identify a shill at a glance (even though you're off), you have a bit to learn about gaming operations.

boring thread.

a $80 whining bitch, who won't honour a bet he accepted, and asks for more (peanuts) on the basis of: "had the bet been graded earlier (after betting just about all my bankroll on one bet) i d have gotten a better price over the internet instead of agreeing with the bet i placed on the phone."

a decent book, that gets its $80 worth of an hagiography.
