Liberals want to have their cake and eat it too...and you can't have it both ways! Either homosexuality is wrong and therefore it is a slur to be called a homosexual or some other name for it. I would consider it an insult to be called a homo or a queer or a faget, etc. But liberals don't believe homosexuality is wrong so why should they be offended to be called what they proudly proclaim to be? Just yesterday, the Episcopal Church in the USA elected a new presiding bishop, it was a female bishop from NV and her first statement as head of the US Episcopal Church was that homosexuality is not a sin. For 3000 years, or as long as the Judeo-Christian bible has been around, homosexuality has been considered a sin but now the US Episcopal Church wants to change all that.
On the South side of Chicago, Ozzie can do no wrong. Lets see when things are not so good. Ozzie is really getting full of himself. He got mad at Mariotti because Jay called him out on the incident in Texas last week, chewing out the rookie for not hitting Blaylock, then sending him to the minors.
If I were the other team, I would be throwing at White Sox hitters all day. Ozzie has had issues with St Louis, Texas, and Houston (in WS) already. I would like to see how tough Ozzie is if he were playing NL rules.

There is so much responsibility being a media journalist. It's ok to be critical, but whether Ozzie is an idiot or not is besides the point. He won the World Series last year.
As a journalist you are suppose to keep your opinions our of stories you write unless it's a column or opinion piece.
There is always going to be an interesting relationship between the media and the personality.
If Jay had problems with Ozzie he should of gone and got him to comment for the column or story he wrote.
When I do a story on someone I quote everything so their viewpoint gets across.
Jay is entitled to his opinion, but he seems to be one of those loyal Cubs fans anyways.
Just remember journalists don't always get it right, but we try our best with the audience we have and to give them something informative to read.
When you are a public figure you have put yourself on this platform to be ripped apart. Ozzie should understand that by now. The real professionals in the sports and entertainment world just brush it off and move on.
Calling out Jay just makes Ozzie look like one of those guys who can't handle criticism. He shouldn't care what Jay has to write. Just ingore it and do what your paid to do. He's been pretty successful whether or not the media agrees with him anyways.
