I think part of that is also because it comes in a case of 24..

Corona and Heiney come in 24 now in the liquor stores around here.. but other than that your getting sixers or twelevers

As a bartender I can agree with a few people in here.
#1) Shiner Bock is an amazing beer if you are lucky enough to be able to find it. It is brewed in Shiner Texas which I believe is old German community and damn good beer. So good that every bar in texas sells it as import even though its brewed here in Texas.

#2) As another poster said any beer from Great Lakes Brewery- I have family in Ohio and man this place is the best. Have brewery in Cleveland downtown and this is first brewery ive ever been to that every beer I tried I loved. Beer is so fresh and so clean and tasty my god mouth is watering right now here in texas. btw their christmas ale is harder to find then a virgin on new years, its that good. Damn you guys making me want some right now.

Samuel Adams Boston Lager.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is one of my faves, too.

I'm easy. Bud Light is my beer of choice. I've just never been able to get into the heavier and\or syrupy beers. Screw Budweiser(aka-the dreaded leaded). That shit makes my head hurt like nothing else!

I like so many beers but Bud Light is up there too - and if I plan on drinking more than 3 then BL is the way to go
