Good point Bart, but I think it would be more dramatic to have Janice save her brother especially since she is partly to blame for him being there with Uncle Jr. to begin with. Should be interesting.
On another note all this Phil Leotardo not rocking the boat to much should come to a screeching halt soon. He has to be a major villian somewhere along the line this season.

Borat, interesting concept but I don't see it happeneing that way. I do see a non Tony couple of episodes coming up while he recooperates in hospital. Maybe some serious Paulie, Chris, Uncle Jr. Janice, Carmela, AJ, Meadow/Finn and Phil (New York) drama coming soon with Tony laid up.

Same here, some sort of facial change was made during the time between season.
Johnny Sack will most likely make his comeback when that rat bastard Phil is dealt with (I hope)... Kind of forced to re-take the reigns and save the alliance with Jersey after Phil nearly destroys it.
