You need to go to the doctor & receive Tamiflu....y cousin is a doctor & he's telling people to get scripted Tamiflu, take 800mgs of Motrin a day, 200mgs 4 times a day......& eat soups & keep hydrated.

This years flu is pretty severe......very healthy people are dying from this flu......young & old.

Be sure to get a flu shot next year if you didn't get one since Sept/Oct 2017. I get one every year and (knock on wood) was only sick with the flu (very mild) one year about 5 years ago. My doctor suggest strongly getting the shot!

I was out of it last night, concerned I was catching the flu but whatever I had it's subsiding

Was unbelievably cold, followed by extreme overheating. Diarrhea, felt like I was going to vomit but never did. Seemingly woke up every 30 minutes all night long

Today I was fatigued, but that might just be from the lack of sleep. I think whatever I had is behind me, but I was pretty fucked up for at least one night
had this for 3 days WITH vomitting a couple weeks ago. First time I have been sick in over 10 years

My aunt received the flu shot 2 years ago & her arm was in pain for over 6 months, & she had caught the flu several times......she stopped getting the flu shot & hasn't contracted the flu.

Same goes for my brother in law, he was getting the shot every year for 6 or 7 years, & was getting the flu pretty bad every year......he stopped getting the vaccine 3 years ago, & hasn't had the flu once.......& I've heard similar stories like his.

I'm thinking there's something in the vaccine that may break down the bodies immune system & make you worse off......maybe the govt is testing shit on our own.people.

Also, 2 woman that contracted the flu, a 31 year old marathon runner & very healthy woman died last week from the flu, & a 43 year old healthy woman also died 2 days after receiving the flu......both had received the flu vaccine.

The weather channel was doing a testing on what is dirty & has bacteria on it......the worst is you cell phone, per square inch, the phone is dirtier than a toilet seat.

Also, keyboard on your laptop/computer......microwave oven.......sink knobs......tv remote controls.......door knobs.......just wipe these down with anti bacterial wipes, brings the number way down on these surfaces.

Keep Clorox wipes and don't touch your face and limit eating out. I have NEVER had the flu.

This shit is pure torture, I think I am getting into the clear a little, I was fighting with myself last night. I was hallucinating that people were telling me how to lay to stop my back pain, I came to and sheets were ripped off the bed.

I'm 43, if a older person gets it, I could see how it would kill someone

Yes, switches also......I use my shirt sleeve to open doors & light switches. Keys are also dirty......On average you touch your face 2000 to 3000 times per day – that's 2 to 5 times a minute!

You should wash your hands quite often during the day depending on what you're touching. I know this is hard at work, but carry antibacterial wipes with you.
